Caring For A Sick Baby
It happened. That dreaded first "sickness" that I was hoping would stay away forever. It came shortly after our first trip, and boy was it sad. I wiped down everything on the airplane, and nursed him every few hours as usual, but this cold and flu season has been exceptionally nasty and we could not avoid sadly. So what did we do, and how did we get better?
The "Goods"
I had no idea what to use for a sick baby, so it was for sure a learning experience for us all! I am sure it didn't help that we had our shots the day the cold hit us both (yes I was just as sick, which made things harder!). Aside from nursing like crazy, and resting we took hot steam showers together 3 times a day to open up his little nasal passages..... check out the products we used to get better below.
