Valentines Day is RIGHT around the corner, and we all know what that means! Love :) We can't forget about the heart shaped candies, and the chocolate either! I'm already doing extra workouts in preparation for my sweet tooth to let loose and indulge a little! In all seriousness though, we are all faced with decisions each day on whether we are going to love people or not. Loving someone can come in many forms: Kindness, Generosity, Physical touch, Affirmation, Patience, and Loyalty (just to name a few).
In this day and time where there is so much hate, and animosity all around us lets shake things up a little!
Join Me With This 14 Day LOVE Challenge

Day 1: Speak kindly
Day 2: Focus on what you have in common with your neighbor
Day 3: Show patience to someone today
Day 4: Look beyond someone's looks
Day 5: Shrug off someone's shortcomings or downfalls
Day 6: Forgive someone
Day 7: Spend 5 minutes really listening to someone
Day 8: Compliment someone
Day 9: Resist the urge to judge, criticize or gossip about someone
Day 10: Put yourself in someone else's shoes
Day 11: Resist the urge to be easily offendable.
Day 12: Don't be too hard on yourself, give yourself grace.
Day 13: Write a note or send a message to someone you are thankful for.
Day 14: Happy Valentines Day! Indulge in a sweet treat and spend time with those you love!
