We all know the power of Omega 3 Fish oil, and the major benefits that it does for your body. It's amazing. I always felt super sad whenever I would read about the benefits, due to the fact that I cannot stand seafood of any kind. The mere smell of fish/crab/oysters will make me borderline ill.
